That is the job here. You'll own the creative engine behind paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and beyond: coming up with the hooks, writing the scripts, briefing production, and reading the numbers to decide what comes next.
This is a hands-on strategist role, not a theoretical one. You'll be judged on what performs, not on how good the deck looks.

Team and reporting
You'll work closely with the performance media and production teams and report into the marketing leadership for the Brazil market. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with room to shape how creative operates as output scales.

- A track record of concepting, scripting, and shipping paid ads at volume
- The ability to think on your feet: give a junior team clear digital best practices without needing the full brief handed to you
- Fluency in reading campaign data and using it to decide what to scale or cut
- Practical, execution-first thinking rather than purely theoretical or slide-driven strategy
