Growth Marketing is managed by an external agency. Eden is bringing it in-house so that one person who actually knows the product owns demand generation end to end.
That person is you. Paid, organic, HubSpot, WhatsApp, the funnel, and the dashboards behind it. You will decide where the budget goes, which experiments run, and what the pipeline looks like next quarter.
You will not be handed a playbook to execute. You will write it, and then optimize it daily.
Why we're hiring this role now
Eden is moving digital demand generation in-house from an agency. This is the first in-house growth hire, so the role exists to build discipline from the inside: someone who lives with the product, the sales team, and the numbers every day instead of reporting on them from the outside.
What's in it for you
Full ownership of the digital acquisition engine. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, SEO, inbound content, HubSpot journeys, WhatsApp Marketing, landing pages, CRO, attribution. Nobody will split those channels across three vendors and ask you to coordinate; the whole funnel is yours to design, run, and defend with data.
You will work directly with the VP of Marketing and with the commercial team, which means feedback loops measured in days, not months. Expect direct, unfiltered feedback on your work. If you've worked in structures where decisions take four approvals, this will feel different.
Your work maps to revenue in a way that is visible from the top of the company, and the compensation package includes commissions tied to that impact. You'll also have the support of a content marketing manager and a graphic designer as your peers, so you won't produce every asset yourself.
What you'll do
Design the full demand generation strategy across every market Eden sells into, from funnel architecture to nurturing and conversion.
Run and optimize paid campaigns daily on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, managing budget toward the best possible return.
Launch campaigns from zero in new markets, testing audiences, messages and formats continuously.
Own the HubSpot stack: automated journeys, nurturing sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, workflows and database segmentation.
Lead SEO and inbound so organic contributes a growing share of the pipeline, briefing the content and design team on what to produce.
Own the digital experience end to end: landing pages, CRO, A/B testing, forms, attribution models.
Build the dashboards, read them daily, find the bottlenecks, and present results to leadership with a clear next experiment.
Work weekly with sales on lead quality, market-specific needs, and campaigns built per region.
What success looks like
Marketing-sourced pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue grow versus the agency-run baseline.
CAC and CAC Payback Period are tracked, understood, and trending in the right direction.
The share of pipeline coming from organic channels increases quarter over quarter.
MQL to SQL and SQL to opportunity conversion rates improve, with lead quality validated by sales.
Team and reporting
You report to the VP of Marketing. The marketing team also includes a content marketing manager and a graphic designer, whom you coordinate for campaign execution, content, and SEO assets. You partner closely with the commercial team and with whoever touches the website.
You're a fit if you have
