An AI CRM goes live, an MCP server ships, new features land, and the story never gets told because the person who could tell it is running the company.
That's the gap you'd close. You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire at a three-person AI-native company, working directly with the CEO and owning campaigns from rough idea to the moment they go out.
Why we're hiring this role now
The trigger is simple: three product campaigns are set to launch in the next 10 days, and no one is running them. The CEO has been writing the emails, blog posts, and scripts himself to save time, and it works, but it eats his calendar. They have a content guide, an email list of customers and prospects, and clear ideas for what to say. What's missing is the person who makes it (a full-time in-house hire, not an agency, because this person needs to use the product every day).
What's in it for you
Real ownership, early. You'll decide how a launch gets told and then make it yourself: the video, the email, the post. No agency to brief, no committee to align with (no meetings to align on a meeting). The CEO reviews; he doesn't rewrite.
You'll go deep on AI from both sides: selling products built on AI agents, and using AI tools every day to produce video, images, and copy faster than a team twice this size.
A ground-floor seat. The team is three people, so what you build becomes the marketing function. Equity is part of the package, plus 100% health insurance coverage in Mexico and 15 business days of PTO with national holidays. And if you're currently employed and cautious, a trial period is on the table before either side commits.
What you'll do
Plan and run product launches: when something ships, you learn it, find the story, and build the campaign around it.
Record and edit videos for Instagram and YouTube, and create visuals, using AI tools for most of the production.
Write the launch emails that go to the full customer base, plus the blog post for every launch.
Own distribution across email, blog, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Start the YouTube channel with product tutorials, for example: how a business that lives on WhatsApp can run messaging campaigns using the Meta API.
Work with the product team and customers to find stories worth telling.
Learn what worked and make the next campaign better.
What success looks like
Your first campaign ships within your first two weeks.
Three campaigns live for three different products within your first month.
The CEO reviews content instead of creating it.
Every product change has a story, an email, and a post, without anyone chasing you for it.
Team and reporting
You'll report to the CEO. Day-to-day, you'll also collaborate with the technical co-founder who builds the product.
You're a fit if you have
Must-haves
Videos you've personally recorded and edited that were published somewhere real, for a company or your own channels.
Daily hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude Design, image and video generators) to make content, not just curiosity, but hands-on AI experience.
Clear writing that makes a technical product easy to understand.
A track record of turning a rough idea into a finished campaign with minimal direction; you've needed a goal, not a brief.
Enough seniority to run without step-by-step instructions: the CEO sets the what, and you figure out the how.
Nice-to-haves
Marketing experience at a small company or startup where you were the marketing team.
Having marketed a product you used every day yourself.
Built a content channel (YouTube, Instagram, newsletter) from zero.
English for internal communication (content ships in Spanish; English helps but is not required).
Personal projects you've built with AI tools.
Company snapshot
Visito builds AI agents that SMBs in 20+ countries use to sell and respond over messaging: hotels, restaurants, spas, any local business that lives on WhatsApp. The product is open and horizontal now, and most customers get started through the self-serve flow, so marketing is a core growth engine, not a support function. It's an AI-native company at the ground floor: a tiny team shipping fast, and finally hiring someone to tell the world about it.
